Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The hotel had a thorough daily room cleaning service. We had a reliable and fast internet connection. The location was ideal, with a nearby metro station and tram stop, making it easy to reach the city center and certain facilities on the outskirts.
